Detox green smoothie

This year I am dedicating my body to detox. I currently started this smoothie on Tuesday and fingers crossed I hope it works. For better results you can drink this smoothie for breakfast and dinner after you had a really nice lunch filled with veggies and protein.



HOW TO MAKE DELICIOUS SMOOTHIES
really easy to make:
Step 1 – add all ingredients to blender
Step 2 – blend until smooth
Step 3 – enjoy
If you want to make the smoothie cold, you have two options:
1. Freeze the fruit, or buy frozen fruit.
2. Add 1/2 a cup of ice.

these are the  ingredients to my detox smoothie.
Green Protein Detox Smoothie
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tablespoon almond butter
1 banana
2 cups mixed greens (I like kale, chard and spinach). Enjoy
You can also try.
Kale Strawberry Banana Detox Smoothie
1 banana
1 cup yogurt (plain)
1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1 cup Kale (chopped)
1 cup ice.
