1 sweetened coconut flakes (or unsweetened)
1 condensed milk
1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet) i sometimes use dark chocolate.
2 tablespoon crunch peanut butter.
PREPARATION
Turn on the oven to 325, lay parchment paper on the cookie tray and set aside.
In bowl mix coconut flakes, condensed milk with a spatula then add the peanut butter and chocolate chips mix properly.
then scoop with a table spoon onto tray ( i like to use an ice cream scoop)
cook for 14 minutes or until golden brown.

it is moist and crunchy on the inside and also crunchy on the outside. ENJOY!
